Four steps for oral cleaning: dental floss → interdental brush → toothbrush → mouthwash. Using mouthwash can achieve complete oral cleaning. It is recommended to choose a mouthwash with a pH greater than 5 that is gentle and non-irritating to the oral mucosa.
