Bone Grafting

Precision-Guided, Patient-Centered Care

Personalized Planning and Clinical Care

Treatment Overview

Examination and Assessment

Clinical information is gathered to develop an individualized treatment plan.

Restorative Planning

A 3D model is created to assess the extent of bone augmentation needed and plan the surgical approach.

Bone Grafting Procedure

A 3D model is created to assess the extent of bone augmentation needed and plan the surgical approach.

Follow-Up Care

Sutures are removed and healing is monitored to support periodontal stability.

Subsequent Treatment

Once the grafted area has healed and is clinically stable, the next treatment stage is arranged according to the plan.

bone grafting treatment is used to improve alveolar bone conditions, commonly applied for socket preservation or before/after dental implants; materials, scope, and healing time need to be evaluated according to the defect situation.

Personalized Planning and Clinical Care

3-1 (1)

Data Collection and Assessment

Cone-beam CT and intraoral scans may be used to assess the teeth and bone and create a 3D model. The dentist uses these records to evaluate the area requiring augmentation, plan the procedure, and select an appropriate surgical approach.

3-2

Surgical Procedure

The treating dentist reconstructs the deficient area with grafting material. Depending on the clinical condition, a titanium-reinforced framework or membrane may be used to maintain space and support guided bone and periodontal tissue regeneration.

3-3

Completing Treatment

A follow-up visit is usually scheduled about one week after surgery for suture removal and wound evaluation. Further treatment is planned after healing and clinical stability are confirmed.

Preoperative Assessment

Confirm bone height, width, and surrounding structures via intraoral examination and 3D imaging, and assess whether bone grafting and the appropriate method are needed.
